1. Personal data we may collect

Depending on how you contact or book with us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, preferred tour date and time, group size, tour interests, communications, dietary requirements, allergy information, mobility needs and other information you choose to provide.

When payments are made through a payment provider or booking platform, we may receive transaction details such as payment status, amount and booking reference. We do not normally receive or store complete payment-card details.

Our website host and security services may automatically process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and security logs.

2. Why we use personal data

We may collect, use or disclose personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and recommend suitable tours;
• Arrange, confirm, personalise and deliver tour services;
• Process payments, cancellations, refunds and rescheduling requests;
• Communicate meeting details, operational changes and safety information;

You may withdraw consent with reasonable notice by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out, but it may prevent us from confirming or delivering a requested tour when the information is necessary.

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary to service providers involved in operating the business or delivering your booking, including payment processors, booking marketplaces, website and email providers, cloud-service providers, professional advisers, insurers, attractions, food vendors and other tour suppliers.

We may also disclose information when required by law or a competent public authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect the safety, rights or property of guests, Isekai Odyssey or others.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Third-party platforms and links

If you contact or book through WhatsApp, Stripe, Viator, GetYourGuide or another third-party service, that provider processes information under its own privacy policy and terms. Our website may link to external services that we do not control. Review their privacy notices before providing personal data.

6. Overseas processing

Some service providers may process or store data outside Singapore. Where the Personal Data Protection Act requires it, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required in Singapore.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably required to fulfil the purposes described here or to meet legal, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution and business requirements. When data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it.
